Novice question

I have a list of names that are identified through 5 different catagories. Each of these catagories has it's own Tab/Sheet. How do I get any adjustment made from the original list, to automatically update throughout the 5 other Tabs?

Each name has a rank and the objective is to keep those ranks accurate on all sheets when an adjustment is made to the primary list of names.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
