IF Statement

The following formula is giving me the "" response even though I51 = (40.00) and L51 = 40.00. What am I missing?

What about the other criterion - P23,K23,Z23,H51 - these must all <> 0 also.

Ok, then maybe I need "or" instead of "and"? My intention is that if any one of those cells <> 0, then I'll get the stop message.

If that's your intention then yes you're correct, replace AND with OR.
