I need to make a weekly calendar form, from which I can pick from a drop down list of some type names of people scheduled for a particular day. basically when a name is selected from the drop down list, it will be added to the calendar day that's active. there would be multiple names being inserted to each day. the user would print out a weekly report with names listed on each day. I would really appreciate someone suggesting the proper way to create a form like this. also, would Access be a better format to create this with?
