generating links?

i have a list of course codes in column A (e.g. HMH123, HMH343 etc.) and so on the website the course web page is www.example.com/hmh123.php
is there a way i can use a function or something to generate me a link to all the courses?
so itll look at what the code is in column A and put it in between www.example.com/ and .php?
not sure how to go about this any help would be great.

.php in d1
in b1 dragged down
=HYPERLINK($C$1&A1&$D$1)
