Help with names

Hello there. I have an exam tomorrow and I'm stuck on this particular part of a simulation test I'm doing. I have a few names in the range A2:A11 and the exercise asks: Fill in the cell B19 with a temporary software name. Using the appropriate function, compose such name as follow: take the first letter from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd names of the list; take the third letter from the 4th, 5th, 6th names of the list; take the last letter from the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th names of the list. Moreover, the software name must be in capital letters.

Any help would be appreciated.

Note: Instead of CONCATENATE, you can also use the "&" between items to concatenate...
