Design Personal Macro Workbook

Is there a way to delete a macro from the Personal Macro Workbook if the file it was created in is deleted? I want to delete a macro but keep getting the message "Cannot edit a marco in a hidden workbook. Unhide the workbook using the unhide command".

Macros in Personal.xls? You can edit, delete, whatever, and then just save the workbook from the VBE, or when prompted on exit for Excel.

So if not that, what?
