import txt file and insert the name into a cell

Hi Guys
How can I insert the imported text file name, into the A1 cell?

I have a file name: wp-templates.txt
So when I do "Data / import from text"

I want the file name wp-templates to be automatically insert into the A1 cell
(Without the suffix .txt)
