How to compare row values and delete duplicates

I have a long list of numbers that contain many duplicates. For example:


Column 1 Column 2
1 1
3 4
5 3
7
10

Each column has a different amount of numbers. I want to compare column 2's numbers with column 1's numbers and delete the duplicate in column 2 (if it's in column 1).... Thanks!
