please help: offset and match

i have a table with monthly returns for different funds, which gets updated monthly.

i can calculate the cumulative return but am stumped on how to get the year-to-date, quarterly returns, last 12 months.... i know the formula just need a little tweaking so that it references the row numbers. please see attached spreadsheet
