    Unhappy Pivot Table Formating

Just wondering if someone may be able to give some assistance please.

I use a data spreadsheet for various reports and I have noticed that although the raw data is in a numerical format, when I create a pivot table that info comes through as a zero. I suspect that this is caused by something screwy in the formating but I don't seem to be able to find the problem. I have tried formating the cells by right mouse clicking and selecting 'Format Cells' etc. to no avail.

    Thanking you in anticipation

    Geoff

    Hi

Can you attach an example workbook so we can review the data and pivot activity.

Make sure that you remove / randomise any sensitive data.
