Automatically add rows to linked xcel worksheet

Is there a way to automatically add rows to a linked Excel worksheet?

I have a simple Equipment list database that is linked to a new workbook.

    Thanks

You can use this code (or adapt it).

It should be saved in your Personal.XLS.
As long as the linked workbook is the active workbook you can run this macro and it will insert X rows starting at the active cell.

Sorry for the delayed response I was away.

Is there a way to modify this to have the formulas copy down as well?

    Sincerely yours,
