When you add a comment to a cell, is it possible to have that comment stay with the cell when you link it to another spreadsheet?
In other words, suppose cell A1 has a comment on the spreadsheet file "Hello." On the spreadsheet file "What" cell B100 is directly linked to cell A1 and displaying that same information. Is it possible to have the comment in cell A1 follow the link and appear in cell B100?
In essence, I'm trying to do what copy and paste does.
Just like how linking a cell is a fancy form of copy and paste. When you copy and paste a cell with a comment, the comment follows. How can I make a cell link do that.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
