Cell Color changes when specific item is selected in List.

Hi,

What exactly I am looking for is like this I have a list of items some of then are orderable and some are non-orderable (see the attached excel file sheet 2 all orderable have 'Y' flag which I need to validate and those with 'N' should change the cell background color) now on sheet 1 I want a List validation so that even the non-orderable items can be selected but if they are selected the cell color for that specific cell under Product column should change to red.

Let me know if I am not clear with the requirement.
