I use spectrometer in my reesearch. The datas are in (a, b) format in single cell. Is it possible to seperate a and b seperately? like a in seperate cell and b in seperate cell?

probably! but what is the exact format?
but if they are seperated by ,
then you could just use data/text to columns to sepearate them or
    in b1
    =--left(a1,find(",",a1)-1) and in c1=--mid(a1,find(",",a1)+1,255)
