INDEX/MATCH is my function of choice for this stuff. If the values being searched for are TRULY unique in the column, you don't even need to specify the range.
=INDEX(F:F, MATCH("Loyal", E:E, 0))
Or you can specify the exact ranges, too:
=INDEX($F$8:$F$12, MATCH("Loyal", $E$8:$E$12,0))
