excel template possible for this?

I have a class list grades development task - all names are fictitious in attachment
I'd like to make the spreadsheet as flexible as possible - using data validations for lists for the class list and grading scale

The cheap and nasty version(Cl8 - Joes version) was that I copied the first 3 rows and inserted them before each name and then inserted a page break so as to be able to print a page for each child

What would be great would be to have a list of names per class and import them somehow into a template so as to do the above. The template would also prompt(or somehow change headings to reflect class name - in this case its class 8). So All I need do to get the "Cl8 - Joes version" is to import a csv file with the class names and marks/grades

Is this possible?
