Excel way to extract all the capitalised words in list

Does anyone know of an Excel way to extract all the capitalised words in, say, the following text and list them in a column, please? Ideally, I'd like to filter out text such as "The" at the start of a sentence and just extract the terms like "Borrower", "Finance Parties", "Finance Documents", "Agent"
    etc.

    Thanks,

This is the text that I was talking about:

The continuing obligations of the Finance Parties to the Borrower under the Finance Documents are subject to the Agent having received all of the documents and other evidence listed in Part III (Conditions Subsequent) of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent within the time frame set out therein unless waived by the Agent on such terms as the Lenders consider fit and the Borrower shall procure that all such documents and evidence are provided within such relevant timeframes. The Agent shall notify the Borrower and the Lenders promptly upon being so satisfied.

Maybe these two macros will help.

They give somewhat different results. Each assumes that the text is pasted into cell A1. Answers appear in Range C2 downwards.

It has worked out, but it only makes a list of all capitalized words like this one below:

    The
    Finance
    Parties
    Borrower
    Finance
    Documents
    Agent
    Part
    I
    Conditions
    Subsequent
    Schedule
    Conditions
    Precedent
    Agent
    Agent
    Lenders
    Borrower
    The
    Agent
    Borrower
    Lenders

and what I need is a list of phrases like

"Borrower", "Finance Parties", "Finance Documents", "Agent" with filtering out words like "The" or "I" and so on.
