Hi all,
Let's say in worksheet1, I have 100 clients with the following info:
b1: Account number
c1: Name
d1: Male/Female
On next worksheet, I only would like to have a list of female client, which formula do I need to use?
Thanks.

H and welcome to the board
Perhaps something like =if(sheet1!d1="female",sheet1!b1,"")
Please see the attachment. It uses an event driven macro rather than a formula to regenerate the list on sheet 2 every time it is activated.
Have a look on the sheet2 tab in the VBA editor (alt F11) to see the code.

mrice and arthurbr,
Wow, I really appreciated your speedy response. It's great. I already tried IF fuction, However, I did not like the way it leaves blanks between column for mail clients.
Mrice, is there any simpler version of formula to do this instead of using VBA?
What you did for me is exactly what I wanted.
VBA is just too much for me.
Thanks all.
I was trying to make it easier to explain, but I guess I could not.
What formula should I need to use import "only client with BUY" into output worksheet?
Thanks.
