    Question Top 10 percentages

    Hello,
    I am working with a list and would like to show the top 10 careers in %. Please advise. (see attached)

    Out of 914 votes __ % are interested in Nursing, __ % are interested in ABC, ___ % DEF, etc.

    Are you looking to reduce the pivot table to the top 10 scores and in percentage?

    See attached.

    Pivot table using Field Setting % of Columns

    and then Advanced Field Setting of Top 10
