Cool Question: Prevent Excel from graphing FALSE values

I'm trying to figure out how to do this. I have a scatter plot (X-axis is the date and I have every date of the year, y-axis is my weight) with daily number entries with trendlines (7 day moving average) in Excel 2007 but I need the graph to register blank or "FALSE" entires as nothing (ie not plot that datum or point at all).

How do I do this? I was thinking of maybe having the whole row for that entry blank (ie the actual box that has the date in it) so that both the weight and date for that row registers as 0 or false (so I could have the date be the date if there's a weight entered, or 0 or false if there is no weight entered for that day), would this work? If not then are there any better ways to do it?

PS The graph is registering blank or false values for the y-axis currently as "0" (ie my weight is 0 lbs for that day).

My bad. I found the answer by Googling anyway. Just gotta make sure when you search that you use the right keywords. Sorry for not reading the rules/guidelines before posting.
