    Red face How to protect particular cell

    Hi,

    I have cells containing formula and graphs from the results in the same sheet.
    I want to protect cells which contains formula and want to leave the cell as that contains graphs unprotected so that i can copy graph later

    I Tried this. But it is protecting entire sheet and im not able to copy the graph. pls let me know how to protect only fomula

    Select all cells that have formulas.
    On the Format menu Click Cells.
    Click on the Protection tab.
    Check the Locked and Hidden check boxes, then click OK.
    On the Tools menu click Protection and select Protect sheet.

    Hi,

    Before do the process you declared you must set the following thing.
    Select all cells in a sheet (Click on left top on sheet). Then select format cells, then uncheck locked and protection.

    Then do the process what you declared in spec.
