Unhappy Copy formats without conditional rules

Help!! I need to copy the formatting without the "conditional formatting rules". Can this be done, as I use conditional formatting to obtain a certain set of formatting that I would like to "Hard-code" into a workbook as propper formatting? Thanks!!

I think this cannot be done unless you use VBA to automate removing the conditional formats or just manually remove them from the target cells after the paste action.

Excel interptets the Special Paste (Formats) as apply all formats in the source cell to the target cell.
