    Excel & Point of Sale

G'day, this is my first post, so hopefully i've got it in the right forum.

Firstly, i've used excel for many years, but only ever the basic functions, and get lost when trying to do more complicated things, so I need some help if at all possible please.

I've just started my own business, and I want to detail my expenses/sales and stuff like that. I purchased office 2007, but it didn't come with the access program, so i'm hoping to do this in excel as i've seen various versions around, but not completely what im wanting.

These are the sheets I want:
    suppliers (list their company name)
products (list of all products with what company they came from)
expenses (list of company name, the product, qty purchased and the costing)
    sales (list all sales)
report (to list how much as been spent, how much has been sold, stock levels etc)
adjustments (this is more so if i've lost/replaced/item stolen and need to do manual adjustements against the product)
invoice, where I select the item/s & qty, allowed to adjust the price, then once complete, click 'process or save' or something so it records it in the sales table, asks me if i want to print the invoice and clears the invoice for a new transaction.
pricelist (where it find the product and the costing, but based on quantity levels, ie 1 is $5 but 2 is $8).
But with pretty much most of it all, i'm wanting them in like a box that display and to save the info, i've got to save, rather than being displayed a full list or table.

So yes, I know there is a tiny bit involved (well I think there is), so is anybody able to help me at all?

As I don't know anything about macros or whatever Alt F11 does, i'm just kidding myself. And some of the functions loose me.

    Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I've started, so attached, but not sure how/where to go from here...
