    Duplicating

I have created a worksheet containing dates, times, etc. Upon completion of this worksheet I want to create a new worksheet utilizing some of the data from the completed form. Do I need to "copy" and clear the form, or create a template. I'm hoping for something simple.

    Thanks

what data do you want to re-use? can you post an example workbook with your data layout and a before and after sheet?

    Okay, here is a copy.

Sheet 1 is an example of a completed log. Sheet 2 is a blank log. What I'm trying to do upon the completion of one log, is so have the some specific data forwarded to the next log.

    1. Cell AA2, Forward Log No. +1

    2. Cell AA9 - the max date/Time from column B & J

    3. Cell E13 - the last entry from Column F

    4. Cell Q13 - the last entry from Column R

    5. Cell E29 - forward to E27

    6. Cell I29 - forward to I27

Lastly, is there a way to setup a button to "close out" the completed form when the data is sent to the next log?

Thank you for all your assitance!
