Error in copying the Data

I am facing a problem in MR Excel 2007 in copying a huge data from a sheet. details are as below:

i have a data of size Nx2845 in a single sheet of a workbook. i applied some filter on the header and tried to copy the filtered data into a new sheet and got this error

The command you chosed can not be performed with multiple selections. Please select a single range and click the command again

For details, please see attached picture


what to do to cut the data?
what does it(single range and multiple selections) means??
