I have a problem when I want to print, it will only print a set area. How to I make it print everything, so it prints everything till the last letter on the page?
I tried selecting the print area, but once i add more text it goes out again.

Hi,
Can you widen the columns and/or margins of the page?
What font are you using, try changing to Times Roman or Ariel

It sounds like you are not using "Wrap Text" and thus the text spills over to other columns in Excel. Excel has no way of knowing how far over the text is going. To Excel, everything is in your first cell.
As Chippy suggested, make your cell width, the width of the page and then go to Format Cell>Alignment and choose Wrap Text. Will that work for you?

Hi,
If you want to print it all on one page, it will be a bit squashed, but to show you do this select B1:G66, click Page Layout tab > Print Area > Set Print Area, then print it.
You may have to re-adjust the text if you want to get everything on one page so that you can read it.
Post back if you want more help?
If you delete your print area, it will print everything. You have it set up to print everything on 1 page. If that's not important, reset that to 100%, add a header with page # of # and maybe rows to repeat at top 1:3. It then becomes 2 pages long with your title and quote on both pages. Will that work for you?
Hi
Every time you set print area, you create a named range Print_Area.
Press Ctrl+F3 you'll see what I'm talikn' about.
Lets say it refers to range C3:O22
So if u add a values in lower rows it wouldn't print 'em until u change references.
U can use dynamical function like
in my example. Please Login or Register to view this content.
See attached file pls...

Any idea why im getting this extra page? I have cleared the print area but still get it.
Hi,
When you come out of Print Preview you should see dashed lines on the worksheet that represent the size of each page, if you scroll down to the third page (that has nothing on it) and select all the rows for that page, then right click and press delete - you have now deleted that 3rd page from the print area - OK?
Ah nevermind, I went to page break preview and there was a page to the right. deleted that. works fine now. thanks anyway.
