    work visit planning

I have a sheet of addresses in excel that I need to visit in a 4 week time line, this list may change from time to time, I must visit the addreses and spend at least 30 mins at each location is there a simple solution to this time planning issue or is their a program that I can try before I buy that will plot the calls based on the headings in the adress list i.e postcode.

I guess that I am looking for a work type schedule that I can get it to autofit.

Any help or pointers to the right location please.
