Quick calculation issue - hope you can help

I have a small issue with my spreadsheet (see attached TEST.xls)

I am performing calculations in excel and getting different answers to my manual calculations. They are only differing in extremely small amounts (thousandths) but this matters in this instance

Hope this makes sense, not looking for a solution maybe an explanation

    Thanks in advance

I want excel to return the same answer I get when I perform the manual calculation, this particular report is about tolerances and I am monitoring values above and below a particular level.

Using my manual calculations (which is obivously very time consuming) my analysis report is different to the excel

I think the solution provided by the Excel are perfect as these calculations are all linked and the ones which you do manually do not see the minute values that go behind each of these numbers.

I would suggest not to use the manual calculations and use the ones which Excel is giving you.
