Shifting and disappearing comments

Hi all!
I have a very annoying problem.
When I create a new comment for any excel-cell, then type comment, then save file and close it, after opening document this comment disappears (or sometimes shifts to other cell).
Does anybody deal with such problem? Can you help me please...

Dumb question- but just to rule it out: Are Comments turned on for the workbook?

In the cell in which you created the comment, does it show the small red comment indicator in the upper right corner of the cell?

Does this issue happen for all workbooks aor just a specifici workbook.
Is there any VBA code used in the workbook?

Post the problem workbook so we can take a look.
