    Change Timesheet

    How do I change a employee time card from calculating in military time to standard time? Example:

    EXAMPLE: 39852 8.25 16.75 0.5 =E11-C11-F11
    0.34375 0.197916666666667 :30 8
    DAY DATE START FINISH LESS LUNCH TOTAL HRS
    SUN
    MON 40042 8 16.5 0.5 =E15-C15-F15
    TUE 40043 8 16.5 0.5 =E16-C16-F16
    WED 40044 8 17 1 =E17-C17-F17
    THU 40045 8 16.5 0.5 =E18-C18-F18
    FRI =E19-C19-F19
    SAT =E20-C20-F20
    SUB-TOTAL HOURS (ROUNDED TO NEAREST .25) =SUM(G15:G20)

    I'm really not following this sample data well. Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up your workbook. Point out in the book exactly where you want things to show differently, perhaps mockup your desired results on another sheet...

    Like so. I left the lunch breaks in decimal format since that seems LESS confusing. NOTE: The original sheet was in decimal format, not military format.
