Precentage formula

Ok sorry is somthin like this was posted befor I'm doing this on my fon and the search dose not like it

Well my job is switching me from my hourly rate to a commision only. As much as I would like to trust my company with my check I don't!

Ok so here's the deal. I make 30 dollers for every actvation. Now in order for me to make that full amount I need to close 27-32% of my sales. If I close above the 32% I get a 5% bonus for each aditonal % point up to 25%.
Now if I close below 27% I lose 5%. For each point up to 50%.

What I've got so far is a cell for total sales ,total calls , cxls, and total actvations. What I want to do and don't know if its posable is write a formula. That will add or subtract the precentage of money ill be making. Depending on what the close ratio is. (Sale dived calls)
Any thoughts? Or will it have to be somthing a little more advanced then I could do.
