How do I add a title row at the top that does not move?

I've seen some Excel spreadsheets with a bar at the top that stays at the top of the page even when scrolling down. It's usually used for titles.

I've been searching for a while about how to do this.

    How is it done?

    Thanks,

Select the row beneath the header, Window > Freeze Panes.
Entia non sunt multiplicanda sine necessitate
