    New worksheet and auto tab help needed

    I am trying to make a macro that will take information i highlight, then make a new worksheet and copy the information there and name the worksheet based on information in cell A1 i need it to be able to do this about 180 times. if some one can show me how to do this i would greatly apreaciate it very much!
    (its excel 2003 if that matters)

    Ok on the 1st page for the charts i have a highlighted area, and on the page titled sheet 1 is where i want the data to go if i had highlighted an area and hit a command i want it to open a page like on sheet one and then name the page based on c-4's content

    Welcome to the forum.

    Mockup a sample workbook showing the data, show how data is being selected to be copied, and show your desired results, point out where the results came from if not obvious in your sample data.

    Then click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up your workbook.

    (Version does matter, so that's good to know.)

    yes that works but how can i make it so every time i enter new information and highlight it, it takes that information and puts it on a new page then titles the tab with the information in c4

    On a new blank sheet? Fill out a template? What?

    i want to be able to highlight the area displayed on the charts area and have excel take that information and copy it to a new page with a set up macro key i.e. alt+q or something then name that new tab with that is in c4 and be able to do this many times
