Expanding the size of a page to a certain column

I have created a code that works sometimes but doesn't at other times:

The aim is to move the page break to a certain column

Any ideas as to why it works sometimes? Are there certain limitations to this way of doing it?

Try removing all existing page breaks before applying the new one.

And then use the Add method rather than trying to explicitly change a member of a collection that may be empty.
