    Displaying Data if Match Met

    Hi all,

I'm trying to get my spreadsheet to "grab" info from one part of my spreadsheet and move it to another.

For example if cell A1 equals 1, I would like the text listed in cells A2:A10 to be listed in B1.

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Luke

So are you looking to match the number 1 and display contents in cell beside it...

Or is that the positions.. so 1 fetches A2..2 fetches A3, etc...

You may have to be more explicit in your description..
Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Like this?

    =IF(A1=1,CONCATENATE(A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7,A8,A9,A10),"")

If cell A1 equals 1 then I would like cell B1 to list all the entries in cells A2:A10, one after the other but staying in the same cell (B1). Hope that makes sense
