Find and Replace

For example this function is as follows:

=IF(OR(AND(X1=4674,Q1="YES"),AND(X1=5400,Q2="YES".....

I wanna replace every "YES" in the worksheet with the letter Y for example, how is that done please?

Go Edit - Replace - Find what: YES - Replace with: Y - click Options button - Look in: Formulas - click Replace All
