The question - Does anyone know if it's possible to recreate changes that have been lost in a document by importing in a copy of the change history sheet showing the lost changes?

The long story - I was editing an excel 97-2003 document (a giant mailing list) in excel 2007. It was a shared workbook so I could track & review my changes, I saved my last changes on Friday night, made a copy of the change history sheet, and left.

This morning, I tried to open the document & got a funny message about it being locked by my username and clicked either yes or no (should have been paying more attention) and it opened with all of my changes from Friday gone... For some reason, there's no backup copy on my hard drive or the server, either. So, does anyone know if it's possible to use that saved change history sheet to put the changes back in?
