Excel Not Working Correctly

Under Value of Customer With Rewards

It doesn't multiply Average Ticket Size by Average Customer Visits correctly. In the example I uploaded it is calculating $25x7= $180. When 25x7=175

If you format B16 to add some more zeros, you'll see its value is 7.2, not 7.

In B16 change format to number and one decimal place.

You will see it's actually 7,2 and not 7.

Also no need for SUM in your formula.
