List Box - Contingent on Another List Box

If I have a list box with information and I want users to select from that list and I have another list box where I want the values that can be selected within that box to change based upon the first boxes selection.

Is that possible with a list box or do I need to write some vba behind a combo box?

    Thanks in advance.

Check here for how to do that:

    Dependant Lists
Where there is a will there are many ways.
