Excel 2007 : Workbook opens minimized or not there at all.

I have 2007 and when I open any previously saved workbook, excel opens, but its just a blank screen. If I hit minimize, excel minimizes and then restores on its own, and the workbook is loaded. This happens eveytime no exceptions. I have tried hitting ctrl f10 before minimizeing with no luck. I have tried to repair and reinstall with no luck as well. If I just open excel, without opening a existing workbook, everything is fine and the blank new workbook is maximized. Anyone know what to do?

Welcome to the forum, when you open a saved workbook and the screen is blank what if you go to View > Arrange All, does the page appear?
