Dates from Excel into Outlook

Is there a way that when you enter dates into excel, they can then appear in your outlook calendar, as a reminder?

Yes this is generally simple enough - you didn't post a sample file so we have no idea where your dates etc are stored but in general if you google you will find plenty of examples, eg: http://en.allexperts.com/q/Excel-105...ppointment.htm

Hi Thanks for the reply - I have attached the document that I need to work on. I am not vary up to speed on this kind of thing, basic formula's etc I am ok with so any help would be super!
