Helping out user with highlighting problem.

A user called in this morning and says she is is working on the cell and its not highlighted as usual (normal view attached). anyone know how i can change this? thanks guys...a little stumped.

It's because the highlighted cell has a border. Remove the border, the highlight goes back to normal.
