    Excel 2007 QAT

    Hello,

With Excel 2010 to stick with quick access toolbar, Ive finally had to bite the bullet and leave my custom menu buttons (which I had lots of with lovely names telling me what each button does) of 2003 vinatge behind and move to pictures of pigs, smiley faces, and clouds to do the same thing. A few questions:
    1. Is there any way to make the name display appear immediately when I hover over each button?
    2. Im going to use GIMP software to create some of my own buttons which will be more meaningful, Good idea, any one done this before or have recommendations?
    3. Somewhere in the depths of my excel text books, Ive got soem XML code to create my own ribbon, any suggestions here

Apologies that my questions are so general, hopefully after a few weeks in 2007, I'll be able to have some more specific questions

    Cheers
