Need Help Using Excel with Home Busniuess

I'm starting my own small home business where I either offer Xbox 360 Modification(Service) or Xbox 360 Games(Item). I wanted a fully organized sheet but since I'm not to good at excel I ran into some problems(see my link to download my excel sheet and you will see my current work in progress)

Is it possible to be able to type some sort of thing in or something so that in the end it organizes it(i cant really explain it, but if you download the excel file you will understand what I mean) how would I go about organizing this part of my spreadsheat?

Anyways I want the following to be easily calculated and accessable in my spreadsheet:

• Clients - Name, Date, Number, Either Item or Service, and how much they spent(I was wondering if I could somehow just have like a drop down menu that automatically enters a value into how much they spent regarding to the option I select on the drop menu)
  
• How much I spend
  
• Total gross

I pretty much just want a super organized system of tracking who bought what, how much they spent, and then how much i spent, and then the gross. The client part is the hardest though because I need to know what the best way to organize it is(remember, clients come to me about every other week)

If anyone can atleast download the file and tell me what I can do to make it better, or just enter the formulas and stuff to make it better I will thank you for it(please note I have paypal, if I really get help I wont mind gifting a couple dollars your way)
