Excel 2007 help-drop down boxes??

I’m looking to do two things in Excel 2007.

Firstly, I have created a drop down list in Excel.

Let’s say for example the drop-down list is a list of football leagues in England. What I want to do is (if possible) get my selection of that list to control the options on another list. For example if I select “Premiership” on my oringal list then I want my second list (in a different cell) to give me only premiership teams, whereas if I select Championship then I want my second list to only give me Championship teams.

Is this possible in Excel?

Still can’t do it. Tried two different tutorials and it still comes out wrong. The second drop down list (first dependant list) always comes out blank?

Any other suggestions? (p.s. looked for a vid on YouTube but work have blocked it)
