IF Statement referring to cell with text

I'm using the formula for a result of a text referring to a another cell of Numeric.

i can do it by single..but i need if multiple .

pls let me know the formula...

IF(A11=5,"vinodh")
Need result for following.....

IID Name Formula
5 vinodh IF(E12=5,"vinodh")
4 ?
3 ?
5 ?
4 ?

You can't have "5" and "4" in your list of options more than once each. Create a table of values with these "values" in the first column, then the resulting "name" in the next column. Then use a VLOOKUP() formula to get the matching name for a "value" you enter into cell E12.
