Universal Viewing Preferences....

Hello,

I like to consider myself an above average Excel user. However I am having trouble answering a question for my boss.

When I am working in excel, each sheet I work on, I set a viewing preference ('zoom' or whatever term is correct) of 75%.

Now, my boss is an old man and his eyes are worse. He needs to zoom in more than I do.

My question: Is there a way so that on his computer he can tell Excel that each sheet to be viewed should have a standard/automatic view set to 100% or another percentage?

Does this make sense? Basically I know you can change the preference sheet-by-sheet everytime, but is there a way to do this once and have it apply to all the sheets?

Select all the sheets (Ctrl+click the tabs) and set the zoom level.
