Sorting via Auto Filter causes formulas to change

I have 48 columns that are on autofilter. When I try to autofilter columns by ascending/desending order it is causes one specific column's formula to not work. It is almost like it is not filtering that column although it is part of the autofilter. But when filter by a specific value, it works....

Example. Before I attempt to filter in Ascending order, row #2's formula in this column is correct and shows as such.

IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(J2,'Union Concessions'!$A$9:$A$13,1,FALSE)),IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(J2,'Union Concessions'!$A$2:$A$7,1,FALSE)),FullTimeUpload!AG2,FullTimeUpload!AH2),FullTimeUpload!AG2)

After I filter a column in Ascending order, that same column in row 2 shows up as this. It should be in row 902 now but it is only capturing that in part of the formula.

Make sense? Can anyone help?

Yes, I do. When I filter the yellow column the green column's formula (and others) starts grabbing the wrong row, etc...There was "reset filter" macro on there but it is not working since I modified the file a bit to send to you.
