    Question what equation to use?

    I have the following table:
    Friday Saturday Sunday
    Job Code 1 Employee 1 Employee 2 Employee 2
    10:30 AM 6:00 PM 9:00 AM 8:00 PM 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
    Employee 3 Employee 3 Employee 1
    4:00 PM 12:15 AM 4:00 PM 12:15 AM 6:00 PM 12:15 AM

    Job Code 2 Employee 4 Employee 4 Employee 3
    11:15 AM 6:00 PM 11:15 AM 6:00 PM 11:15 AM 6:00 PM

that I use to schedule my employees by job code. I also have this table:
    Employee Friday Saturday
    Start End Start End
    Employee 1 10:00 AM 6:00 PM 11:15 AM 6:00 PM
    Employee 2 9:00 AM 6:00 PM 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
    Employee 3 6:00 PM 11:00 PM

That I use to distribute to employees. I can't seem to find a formula that will transfer the data to from table 1 to table 2. A few things to keep in mind are that each employee works more than one job code throughout the week, shifts vary depending on day of week. Thanks!
