Add extra rows to a macro-ed file

Afternoon all,

I am wishing to add extra rows to the attached spreadsheet to increase the number of "bets" from five to at least ten. Clearly, simply adding copied rows will nbot work as one needs to adjust the formulas to compensate. However, even when this is done, I do not know how to adjust the "reset" or "use" buttons.

Could anyone assist?
